All of the homes feature 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms with a split floorplan. This community is conveniently located off of Boy Scout Road right next to Washington. The units are quite spacious with a total of 1056 square feet. All units also come with a patio space with a private outdoor storage closet. Other features of these units include washer/dryer available on site, and dining area. This property does not allow pets. All residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) at $55/per month which includes HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), credit building to help boost your credit score with timely rent payments, $1M Identity Protection, utility concierge service making utility connection a breeze during your move-in, our best-in-class resident rewards program, and much more! A $200 Lease Processing fee due upon reservation.

Rental Application Requirements

1. Must have a minimum credit score of 580.
2. Must have at least two open lines of credit that have been opened for 12 months or more with no delinquencies reported.
3. Cannot have an eviction, foreclosure or bankruptcy reported within the last three years.
4. Applicant must show proof of monthly net income that equals three times the monthly rent of the desired property the applicant wishes to rent.
5. If a co-signer is needed, they must reside within the state of Georgia and meet all the requirements the applicant must meet except for income. They must show proof of monthly income equal to 5x the amount of rent of the desired property the applicant wishes to rent.
6. We will need to obtain a rental reference if the applicant has ever rented before.
7. Applicant must complete Pet Screening profile.
